Steve just tried selling me a home without a functioning well and septic and raised the price after inspections by over $12,000. Do not buy a property from this scam artsit. Specifically 7780 Springfield Rd in Silver Springs. They will just waste your time and money because the seller wants to pass their losses on to you and Steve will do anything for his comission.

I would be very wary of letting Ray Maynes handle any of my real estate transactions. He may need professional help. I had to 86 him from my business over a year ago for constantly being abusive to the staff, and now he rates the business online monthly.
