Stay away from Keller Williams in Johnstown and Pittsburg PA. I used two agents Diane Roberts in Johnstown and Kenneth Girty in Pittsburg. Diane started off very nice, I was an out-of-state buyer and seller. Diane looked at a house before purchase and took videos . I thought she was being kind by bringing her friend/contractor Dace Ludwig without me asking to look at the property. They told me it needed a new roof. It's disappointing how long it take to get back to you you call and have an inquiry they tell you they will pass your inquiry on to the relevant persons that will deal with it you wait for days weeks they don't call back that is so disappointing and heartbreaking
