The property Manager for a rental house on West 7th St has let the tenants destroy the property!! She has a HUGE pile of gutter pipe, shards of broken window pieces, old metal bedframes, and playpens filled to the brim with bags of trash in the middle of the SIDEWALK around the corner from her front door for all the neighbors to enjoy. The kids have to walk in the road to get back on the sidewalk!! Terrible property managers! If you want a landlord who will not respond to multiple requests for services that are definitely needed, sign on their dotted line. If you want a landlord who will take your money and not offer assistance when needed, sign on their dotted line. If you want a landlord who truly cares about their renter's then run, don't walk away from any rentals managed by these people.
