Just poor customer service in all honesty and when you first walk in you're not even greeted it's really a shame. With all the other reviews on here you can plainly see that it's very unprofessional. Some people in there are decent (and by some I truly mean 3 or 4 people.)
Lisa Joy MacDonald pressured us to remove the inspection condition and submit a firm offer. When we asked for a short extension on the financing condition, she told us to remove the inspection entirely and proceed with a firm offer instead. After closing, we discovered that the land size differs by approximately 5.5 feet from what was represented. Lisa Joy MacDonald sold the property and asked to remove inspection when asked for one extension to close the property, after the sale close the land size varies by 5.5 feet . When called she simply said measure the square feet of the bedroom not the land.
Not trust worthy avoid Keller Williams at all costs.
