The leadership and hiring practices at this firm are an absolute disaster. I experienced severe damage because the Broker of Record, Vicki Carey, completely ignored my repeated requests to remove my real estate listing after our professional relationship was terminated. Katie McCann made both buying and selling an easy, low-stress experience. She was extremely knowledgable and was able to explain things that we didn't understand much more clearly. Communication was timely and to the point, which was helpful to know what to expect and exactly what needed to be done. She led us to various contractors and other outside agents who did great work for us, and she even handled most of the communication with them. Katie's work is thorough and she ensures that no detail is overlooked.
