This office has a dishonest employee who represents herself as a Licensed Sales Agent but she is not. She called pretending to be an Agent and when It was discovered she wasn't, she became upset and confrontational and hung up.
I want to be clear that this review has to do with one agent.. I pray she is not representative of the entire agency. She worked on behalf of the seller/home builder …I am the buyer. If she was my agent, I would have fired her. She has been nothing short of rude, disrespectful, and even dishonest at times to both myself and my realtor. My agent allowed me to move out of my house with no where to go 2 days before it was supposed to close. The buyers were not qualified. She did not verify and make sure all was good. She cost me money. And then blamed me!!!
