BEWARE of Keller Williams Realtor Cindy Gilligan Armstrong. She is dishonest and does not keep her word. She was my realtor for the sale of my house. She told me when she listed my house that more realtors would show my house if I brought their commission up to 6% from 5%. She then informed me that if I would do that she would give me $1000 after escrow closed. She now refuses to pay me the money.
