Do not use this company. We saw a house signed buyer agreement with realtor. Took realtor three days to make purchase agreement after she found out she would make more money with another home buyer. After that we heard nothing about any other housed to look at. We asked for a release. The broker wants 1000 dollars to give us a release. seriously after you f-ed us over for more commission and showed us no other properties, Steer clear if you want help in finding a home. They only want money they could care less about people.
Couldn't ask for a better agent. From the beginning of the journey to closing. My wife and I felt safe and secure. Our agent Kia Mclaren had nothing but our best interest at hand. Because of her passion and professionalism we now have the home of our dreams. Thank you so much for making our dreams come true. If this company is any thing like one of their realtor MONA RASKOB you best move on. After two calls we knew we needed our own agent. We made a offer Using the price they wanted. MONICA because she wouldn't get the hole comm. refused the offer. She said she had 20 people interested in this unit. After a month and no buyer and seller wanting to sell.they came back to us.
