Ask if their agents are bonded--ask for PROOF too. Turns out our agent has a record dealing with misuse of real estate transactions. He lied hours before the closing saying "don't say anything about changing this number...it is to your benefit" turns out it wasn't. The owner is rude "oh too bad you signed the sheet at closing" and "you have to have your woman fight your battles" He didn't do the right thing, nor did his agent...yet they sure collected their monies. Wow call this a Christian based company????? I will continue... read more
