Bad experience with one of the realtors who portrays herself as a property manager. I would highly recommend you take your business elsewhere in the Hudson County area
Very unhappy with the disclosures that this firm offers regarding hidden rental application fees (requiring a NTN for a rental application and then not sharing a copy of the report that I paid for). And this was after weeks of good faith efforts to apply for apartments with them. They work in collaboration with NTN to drive up fees for tenants in a manner that's unethical in my opinion. Very, very unhappy with their performance and would never work with them again.
