I have both bought and sold houses with the Cheryl Grant Team. I keep coming back because of how helpful and knowledgeable they are. I have every confidence in her assessment of the market. She is honest and communication is clear and direct. She just recently sold our house and even while we waited for the closing, they sent updates every week or so just to confirm where we were at, any changes and what to expect. That is a nice reassurance during a stressful time. I can't recommend her highly enough.
