I was very disappointed with the agent that showed our home this past weekend. While he did have a difficult time gaining access to the key due to ice on the lock box I came to help with this situation within minutes. I was shocked that the agent was outside putting items in the trunk of his car and left the clients alone in my home.. I asked out this practice and he stated: Well, do you want us to leave? Very unprofessional attitude.
Not VA friendly . We lost out on a home because the agent was knowledgeable on this type of loan.
