Avoid Victor Ahn. For lack of a better word: LIAR! Does not follow up with a buyer for his seller. We tried to purchase a property he had listed (not sure why anyone would use him) in Torrance. We tried to get simple information and he would not follow up. One of the worst experiences we ever had. Wasted our time and money for days. I will avoid any property he has listed. This review has nothing to do with Mehry...only Victor, seems they share same office!
