Aggressive sales from the chairman Mark Wittcoff
Talking to Madison Lawyer was good at first – responsive and organized but everything went south when she had AMIT LALJI handle the rest of the process. First, Amit was late to the house tour for about 30 mins with basically no notice. Second, he was accompanied by his friends who seem had nothing to do with showing the property. Three, he was unresponsive towards me for a couple of days, which then I had to directly contact Madison to get a simple update on what the next steps might be. This Company used to be very good in the past but since they closed several of their offices and had to jam some of the people to their Beverly Hills location they really went downhill on Service to their older agents. Some Great agents still work with this company but most of their seasoned agents moved to Stronger and better Companies in the area due to their mismanagement and very high fees they charge.
