Recently applied to a rental listed by Alex. Communication was severely lacking. After sending a $75 Venmo directly to Alex and completing the application the day the listing was posted, I was ghosted. His assistant never replied to me, Alex only responded that things were being reviewed (and I know my credit, background, income etc are great). All the while, I see they are actively updating the status on the MLS. I’ve never had an experience like this, huge disrespect and waste of time and money.
Alex was super proactive and very knowledgable about the process for short sale and forbearance and truly saved me tens of thousands of dollars. Super professional and guided me the whole way.
Alex helped me purchase my first home. His attention to detail and patience to answer all question in addition to reviewing and giving advice for any documents were critical in helping me.
