Miss Gina was extremely helpful in helping me purchase my first home in the craziest market to date! She was very communicative and always there if I needed advice. She never let me get too down on myself if I lost an offer and she kept a positive outlook the whole time. So thankful she was by my side. Could not have done it without her!
Karen Sharpless was a seller agent for a house we wanted to put offer but even she did not try to see what is our offer and when I reached her out about the house she said it was under contract but it is lie because I saw a house in the 2nd days of open house and it was not under contract . She is not defiantly professional .
Brian McDaniel is very unprofessional and rude. I made an offer on a house, 7000 over plus closing costs and this is what he responds with. "Sellers are going to go with another offer as it would be silly and nonsensical for them not to." Then told me best regards after that. Very unprofessional and I would never do business with this person.
