The realtor brought a so-called buyer to the house that the money wasn't free or clear, tied up in the courts, but still the person was allowed to bid on the house, so they wanted me to rent the house out instead of putting the house on a contingent sale. I had an awful experience, especially with Jonothon Murchison. Please if you are buying or selling in Cleveland just avoid this person. They do NOT follow regulations. They will try and sweep things under the rug to make the transaction move quicker. They do not take accountability for their lies. My time has been wasted and I have lost money trying to fix all the issues this awful realtor has left me.

I honestly feel like I was bandoozled by Alexys Jones and her construction team. I've been in my home (shown at the top of their homepage) for a year now, and I continue to find issues all around my house. Bricks behind by shed, a bird's nest in my gutters, a faulty wall AC installation, leaks, and much more. The day I moved in, the construction team (the realtor's father) stated that I could contact him if I had any issues with my AC unit or other issues around the house.
