I honestly feel like I was bandoozled by Alexys Jones and her construction team. I've been in my home (shown at the top of their homepage) for a year now, and I continue to find issues all around my house. Bricks behind by shed, a bird's nest in my gutters, a faulty wall AC installation, leaks, and much more. The day I moved in, the construction team (the realtor's father) stated that I could contact him if I had any issues with my AC unit or other issues around the house. We decided to sell our house back in Cleveland end of March. When my husband went up there, he met with Kimberly Evilsizer. She is such a nice and friendly person, who was there to answer any and all of our questions. We have never sold a house before so she was super Patient with us and went thought everything step by step. Extremely professional and transparent with us. All in all we had such a great Experience with her.
A great help to me and my family they get the job done
Signed papers to close on Monday, while driving to my new destination I get a phone call saying money being held up in court, so now the house didn't close, and I get into the house I got at new destination until they fix there mess up. Someone should have known, either the realtor or title company if research was done properly. Unprofessional.
