During this process, I had contractors waiting on this install. Purchased a fiberglass tub, which turned out defective. First salesman gave me a replacement delivery day. When I called the morning of, a second salesman replied with attitude "I don't know who told you THAT (we get deliveries today)" and relayed the replacement would arrive the following day.
