This is my first time dealing with Keller Supply in Burlington, WA and I couldn't be more impressed. Carrissa, who handles all the phone calls, consultation, questions, etc. is always friendly no matter how many phones are ringing or how many people are in line. I had to change a fixture after the one we ordered originally had already arrived in shipment and she cheerfully made the change with "no problem". Poor Customer Service!!! Don't bother calling them unless your a licensed contractor!!! I am a the general on two personal properties I am building and they won't sell to me, even though they have in the past. Tried buying locally and ended up getting what I need from Washington. Best part is Keller Seattle will sell to me and they say it's the branch mgr decision here on their sales policies in Anchorage. All over a cheap zone value. Might want to evaluate his job guys, you just lost $13,000 in sales. Sorry I tried.
Great Business , and great staff
All I needed was to replace my boiler circulation pump. I would rather support local business so I gave them a call. Keep in mind I've used them before to buy parts but mostly plumbing. I spoke with Ole and he said they stocked pumps but wouldn't sell to my because I wasn't a licensed heating contractor. Really?? I was willing to pay more locally yet he wouldn't even talk to me.
