Bought new windows and doors for my house and have a problem with one window. Been 5 months and problem still hasn’t been taken care of. Guy that sold them to me keeps saying he’s coming to replace it and hasn’t yet. Customer service after the sale is nonexistent!
We order a window for our home and it took 3 times to get it right. They were supposed to come out on a Friday no call no show so we call Monday and they was like sorry we forgot like what kinda company does that I mean I know stuff happens just call and say we are not coming out today instead of not saying anything at!!!and then they left all the broken glass on the porch. We call and talked to the mgr and all they said was I will talk to them. Like wow!!! No customer service at all
Great people to work for!!!! Excellent products and quality craftsmanship on doors and windows!
