They refuse to talk pricing without first coming in for a consultation. I understand that for complicated treatments or surgeries, but for a simple treatment, they should be able to tell you what it will cost over the phone. Seems like they want to rip you off with a $125 consultation, which lasts about 1 minute with the doctor.
Heather the PA is amazing, but her medical assistant refused to give me my test results over the phone after I reprimanded her for leaving a rude and threatening voicemail on my phone. It is very sad; after 8 years of going to Heather I have to find a new dermatologist.
