Keith Keller does not care about his customers. I had a family emergency and was unable to make it to the air bnb. I had told him moments after I was notified. He will not refund my money. Additionally he ignores his messages. I would be very careful working with this person. Unprofessional and unfair. Again no one can plan a family death. Not fair at all.
Couldn't get call back from agent.
Keith was very helpful with finding us a beautiful piece of property very easy to work with and a honest and upfront realtor. Also helpful with local information.
