Do not use J Keller Properties. I had to pull out of a lease with them because the house I was going to move into had mold in the basement that got one of my housemates sick to the point of having to move out. Our house hadn’t been inspected in over 2 years. I can tell this company is extremely negligent and is constantly trying to take advantage of and profit off of college students.
