Been waiting forever for a settlement payment from the turbo tax lawsuit. Whats insane is the payout was over $500 and they took most of it and now dont want to pay and have been holding it forever.
Keller Lenkler is just fine with me. I see lots of greedy people complaining about their turbo tax case that Keller Lenkler handled & how they were only getting like $139. Well TurboTax / Inuit is only paying $39.99 to each person. So it seems that the attorneys were able to get them quite a bit more money than they would have got on their own. Never received my settlement...its been almost 3 months. Now this "firm" has my bank account information. I have a disabled kid, and could really use that ******.
Scam. Was supposed to receive a settlement from TurboTax end of 2021. Nothing yet and it is almost Sept 2022. Now they won't respond to my emails and the auto email says they are in another settlement. Be careful. They were trusted from the reviews I found and all so I went ahead with it. Now they have all my info and I have nothing.
I was supposed to recieve a Turbo Tax refund weeks ago and haven't recieved anything.
Was contacted nearly 5 months ago from these people stating I was in a class action law suit against turbo tax, they stated I was due money yet still havent seen it they even had me sign documents still nothing. After seeing these reviews Im wondering if Ill ever see that $139 lol

Keller lenkner client services has sent me emails after emails about me receiving under $150.00 from Intuit / TurboTax since the end of 2021. I have read of others getting a lot more than that; even after the law firm has taken out their part. Actually I think that I should be receiving more than what they saying that I am to receive because I've been doing my taxes with them for a pretty long time. And other people are complaining that they are just going to be receiving a little over $1,000.00 Really??? I would be so happy... read more
