They don't stick to their word. I was supposed to get a gift card, and a check. I received the 20$ check but not my gift card. I have written them many times and no one replies back! It's been 8 months. This is ridiculous!!! And so messed up! They get more money out of the settlement then you do!!!
They sent me a email explaining how they could help me and they took more than HALF my settlement - they make more money than you do off your lawsuit. do not use them!
Scam. DO NOT DO A SETTLEMENT WITH THEM. They make more money off this than you do.They took over half of my settlement amount and sent me a ****-MISC which is self employment income form for what I receive AND what they took out.We have contacted our attorney.
This greedy law firm settled a class action lawsuit against postmates and not only charged over 40% to each claiment, they also paid nothing in taxes, i.e.I received $5,021 and they received $3,422 And I am responsible for paying the taxes on the entire amount of $8,443.I regretfully trusted them as a professional law firm
