Scam. DO NOT DO A SETTLEMENT WITH THEM. They make more money off this than you do.They took over half of my settlement amount and sent me a ****-MISC which is self employment income form for what I receive AND what they took out.We have contacted our attorney.
This greedy law firm settled a class action lawsuit against postmates and not only charged over 40% to each claiment, they also paid nothing in taxes, i.e.I received $5,021 and they received $3,422 And I am responsible for paying the taxes on the entire amount of $8,443.I regretfully trusted them as a professional law firm

I never received my settlement check. When I call the firm it goes straight to voicemail or elevator music.
