I had to rent a few tents, chairs, tables, bounce house, and DJ for my Godson's birthday party. From the moment I called to book the party to the moment the party was over I was impressed with professionalism of the staff from answering the phones, setup on-site, and all the staff that managed the bounce house and DJ. It was so nice to not have to worry about the kids fighting to get in the bounce house, their staff was on top of it!!! I'm actually super confused about the negative reviews here. We had a wonderful experience with them and will definitely be using them again. Tent was set up on time, chairs and tables delivered and were in good condition. All went smoothly. I'm assuming since some of these bad reviews are a bit older, there has obviously been a change. Will be using them again.

We originally scheduled a bounce castle for my daughters 8th birthday on her birthday. We had to postpone to May 6th, due to unexpected illness. ZERO hassle when rescheduling, and ZERO fee. These guys were so understanding, professional and very kind. I would recommend to anyone. Renting via their website was super easy and instant email confirmation.

I was conducting a Marketing meeting for my company and desperately needed 250 chairs delivered to our location in Westlake by 5 p.m. same day! Set up and all. I called them in a panic! I put a lot of pressure on them to provide what we needed in a very minimal amount of time. Friends of ours have used Ted for over 6 years and referred us to him for our daughters birthday party. We planned her party somewhat last minute due to my work schedule because I travel. Prices were very reasonable, customer service was great and we had no complaints at all. We really enjoyed the cotton candy machine and sno-cone flavors they had in stock. This was my first time to ever use this rental company, but it most definitely will not be my last!!! Our experience with them was worth every penny we spent! This was for my engagement dinner. We explained in depth our likes, needs and wants for this special occasion....and at every turn those needs were exceeded!!
