Giving a zero star isn't a capability or I would however be giving that. I have been harassed by an agent since the beginning of August via text message. I am completely unaware of how this agent even received my cell phone number. I have NOT been in the market for a new home or even looking to purchase a home. I am assigning two stars to Keller for the following two reasons: 1. The portal for uploading documents is very user friendly 2. Despite the many challenges, doubts, frustrations and risk, we did in fact close the loan on time If it weren't for the above mentioned reasons, I would be rating this company at a 0. Nathan D***** was my senior loan officer. When we first talked I told him I was nervous about buying a condo because of assessment. He told me that there company will not approve a loan with on going litigation or a healthy HOA reserve. I move in to find 5 lawsuits going on and over 75,000 in legal fees so far, and an assessment coming soon. He is a liar and very unprofessional person. Did not return my calls or emails. 1 star only because it will not let me leave a zero star rating. Keller Mortgage was an absolute nightmare of a company to work deal with for the purchase of our new home!!! Extremely unorganized, lacked anything resembling communication skills or customer service skills and unprofessional from start to finish! Keller mortgage is absolutely terrible. Extremely slow considering the technology we have in 2019. I give them 0 stars
Keller Mortgage has been a complete failure in regard to how they have handled my clients loan. There has been a total lack of organization and communication. Twice, in this same transaction, we have come within one week of closing only to learn that they cannot process the loan. What's worse is that instead of letting me and my buyer know what is going on, they send me to someone else to get an answer. And we are still waiting... I will NOT be using Keller Mortgage in the future and will discourage anyone from using them.
