Hello, I would NEVER purchase a home using *** ******* I had a lot of land never transferred into my land that was included in the sale. I didn't realize this until 3 years after closing. Therefore the land had still been registered to the original owners and had accrued back taxes, late fees, and delinquencies. I reached out to ******* ***** ******* and they did a corrective deed to put it in my name. Do not purchase or sell a home through Keller Mortgage. When you are dealing with something as personal as buying or selling a home you want to deal with loan specialists that are knowledgeable and personable. My experience was the exact opposite. Keller Mortgage transferred my loan to another Mortgage company, but said it was alright if I made my first payment to them and they would forward my payment over to the new provider. ** represented the buyer, I am the seller. Before the very first showing, before speaking with the ** realtor for anything other than asking if the property was still available, ** sent me an agreement that looked just like the Accept cookies warning on their site which wanted me to agree to pay them 2.5% and sign for 3 months. Im glad I read the fine print, but Im sure others havent and have gotten roped into paying 2.5% and/or not being able to work with other realtors for 3 months. This almost cost us $7,000.
It was an awful experience to sell my home to a buyer who used Keller Mortgage. I do not believe they had any experience and the communication skills were terrible. I would never use them and hope that this review reaches other people, so they will not go thru what I did...
My boyfriend and I recently began renting a house on Lakes Road in Monroe. On the outside, the house was great! However, upon move in, we realized there was a significant build up of MOLD under the flooring in the kitchen area. The landlord hired workers to come in and replace the flooring along with other issues with the house. When the workers were connecting the oven, we found MORE mold on the cabinet fixtures as well as the wall. Keller Mortgage is interesting. I assumed it was a reputable company considering the name but ***** ***** NMLS #539572 was less than professional. I applied online for a new loan because we are moving states in 11 months. I did everything that was requested and uploaded documents. ***** calls me one afternoon and requested information and sent it via email. Bad experienced with this company. Back in May of 2020, I refinanced my home with them, and I wasn’t informed that they sold me out to *********. It didn’t bother me until this year when finding out that my hurricane insurance was not added into my escrow. Now I’m having escrow shortage and have to pay back almost 2k, which increased my mortgage to $300 more and off course with an adjustment moving forward. Horrible experience with keller mortgage. Was pre approved for a usda loan. Got my pre approval letter. I looked at some house i put a offer on a house that was told would be approved for usda. Spent $950 on house inspection. And another 1500 in deposits. Moved from my rental unit under the assumption i would be closing and moving in in a month. But i later found out that was not the case.
