Keller Williams is a shady company who only cares about money. They refuse to honor contracts and refuse to let sellers they are representing meet and negotiate with the buyers. Horrible company
An experience I wish I could give a zero for, negative stars would be better. This company has no clue what they are doing, how to treat customers, communicate, effectively handle customer concerns, not to mention any follow through or standards that they are supposed to live up to. How they are still in business is beyond my comprehension. I wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible experience and would not recommend them to anyone. Do yourself a favor and do not trust this terrible company with your mortgage. No communication during the application process, slow to get information to me, deceiving, and ended up costing me thousands of dollars due to their lack of knowledge.
I began the process of refinancing our home on July 16. I explained some unique circumstances to the "senior loan officer", Victor E*****, on that first phone call. Closing day came, and he had not addressed that unique circumstance. Our original closing date was August 24th. His mistake should have been resolved in no more than a week. We had a time-sensitive pre-approval that we needed expedited and they promised that they would do it. they failed to do so because we had some issues understanding their questionnaire and they would not return our phone calls. We wound up losing the property. I called to complain and I inquired as to how people that had a hard time understanding the English language were treated by them as far as questions and help with understanding the applications were concerned... I refinanced my home with Keller Mortgage and had a great experience. The rate was one of the lowest around. My loan officer kept in contact with me the entire time. I didn't even need an appraisal! Thank you again Keller Mortgage for a great experience!
On March 6, 2020 I applied for a mortgage through Keller mortgage located at Dublin, OH. As with applying for any loan, I submitted all legal and confidential information. I immediately made plans and flew to Florida to locate the home that is right for me. I found a home and my realtor made an offer on same with the said pre-approval. The loan process is terrible, the customer service sucks, and the representatives seem to have a minimal understanding of the loan products offered. My loan officer would almost never return my calls and she didn't know the difference between a contract job and temporary for hire job. They caused me to lose my deal because of the tons of unnecessary paperwork requested from the seller. The seller became frustrated. They have no clue about VA Loans so if you are using that type of loan avoid the headache!!! They were googling... read more
