When I voiced valid concerns, David Keller himself returned my call, listened to my concerns and offered solutions. He is a caring and reasonable guy.
We had a gas leak for 6 days and were told to go back inside and that the problem "didn't exist". After I contacted the city inspector, he emailed me and said it was an "oversight"... an oversight that could have killed me and my kids. When I decided to switch homes, I recieved an email threatening me that if I tried to move, I would be sued. Doug is condescending and Keller is litigious and slimy.
The front stairs to 3115 Fremont Ave S have been destroyed since we moved in. No efforts were ever made to fix the stairs. During tours, Doug has gone through our personal items. Our room mate caught him digging through boxes right before a showing. Also, Doug has allowed people that do not live in the apartment to use our garage space that we rented so they can fix their vehicles. Things have gone missing in our garage. Doug has gone through our mail. I DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING THROUGH DOUG.
I worked with Doug in getting my unit and it was a really seamless experience. Since living here, the property is maintained well. The neighbors are quiet and polite. I have nothing but good things to say.
