Great experience with carpet crew! I had broken my foot (bad, painful break), on non weight bearing, and had not been able to remove all items. The crew immediately pitched in and helped me. They were awesome! The carpet looks great. Crew was courteous, professional, on time, kind and helpful! They definitely deserve a high five and recognition for going above and beyond to complete my project. Many, many thanks!
If I could do "0" review I would. I purchased carpet from Lowes the end of April for 2 bedrooms. Keller Interiors called on May 8 and scheduled installation for May 23. Today, May 22 at 1 p.m. they called to say they had a conflict. We informed them this was not acceptable and called Lowes. We had been told to move everything out of those 2 rooms except for 3 items. Came to install carpet under Lowe's. Refused to move furniture that I paid extra to move. When I told them I wanted it moved they left. When Lowe's called they said they offered to move the furniture which was a bold face lie. Do not let these people in your home and do not get installation done form Lowe's as these are the only carpet installers Lowe's uses.
Absolute WORST installers to be found! The guys came out in November 2017 to install carpet. The "installer" had no skill whatsoever. After being 2 hours late and making excuse after excuse, the install was terrible. There is a seam in the carpet clear across the center of my living room (extremely noticeable). The guy said "oh I glued it, it takes a while to go away". I don't do carpet, he does, so who am I to argue? I was very disappointed in the way they installed the quarter round in my installation of my Pergo flooring. They left spaces in the corners and tried to fill in with caulking. They did not measure the ends and did not cut the ends at a 45 degree angle, instead leaving sharp corners sticking out. Also they left space ( no quarter round ) over the transition between the Pergo and the kitchen linoleum. It did not come close to matching the quarter round in the rest of the house. bought my carpet from lowes and this was their installed.....two supposedly???? certified installers in a beat up old van and only one spoke some broken English did a lousy install and did damage to the interior of my home and by the way the day they were scheduled to install we never heard from them for another two days. this has now lingered on with lowes for over a month and it appears that I will have to get a lawyer.........never will walk in a lowes store again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very rude and unprofessional. Tried to charge us a horrendous amount of money and then when they had the money, refused to come back to start the job for 2 more weeks. BEWARE!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!
Tore out my carpet to put in laminate then said , your floor is uneven. I could fix it but my boss won't let me. Then they leave with me having no carpet no laminate. They were sub contacted through Lowes. Avoid these folks at all costs!
I recently had floor work contracted through these guys and they did an awsome job. The guys came in and worked for two days from early morning to late afternoon and only stopped for lunch. I felt bad for them on the second day because I was grilling for some friends so I did offer them an early dinner. I just want to say I recommend them HIGHLY, they are quick and friendly.
