I had an excellent experience with my flooring installation team with Keller Interior through Lowe’s and would highly recommend them. From the beginning, communication was outstanding. They kept me informed of their arrival time, arrived on schedule, and came prepared to work. This is the second carpet install I had done by Keller, and although there was a bit of miscommunication on the first one, this time everything went off without a hitch. Communication was great, no scheduling issues and Abad ( the installer) did an excellent job.
We had ceramic tile installed in our bathroom and adjoining laundry room. Our old tile had to be removed. There was bullnose tile on the wall. I understand it was quite difficult to remove and the bullnose had to be removed by cutting out the drywall that it was attached to. I know drywall repair was not in the quote but we would have paid extra to have that repaired. Instead the installer nailed up our wood trim and left. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Keller Interiors, the exclusive installer for Lowe’s in the Lexington/Columbia area. We planned our carpet installation a month in advance to ensure we could be home. I even called the day before (Tuesday) to confirm, and they assured me we were all set. The morning of the installation (Wednesday), I got a call saying their van broke down and they couldn't make it. I was understanding of the mechanical issue, but it only got worse from there. Keller Interiors did an amazing job with our tile project. Fred and Ed communicated every step with my husband and they did a fantastic job. We have no complaints and highly recommend Keller Interiors to anyone.
