Fred and Edge did an outstanding job installing ceramic tile in our kitchen, pantry and entry way. They moved two appliances with care. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. They were polite and informative. We are very satisfied and highly recommend them.
Keller Interiors was contracted by Lowes to install our medium brown wood grain LVP. Lowes messed up in the first place when they inspected our home for the install and upon seeing our medium brown stained wood baseboards, ordered WHITE painted quarter round trim. We were not aware of this until Keller chose to install it over our brown LVP and against our brown baseboards. Would never recommend. Worst experience and company ever. No call no show 2x and waited weeks in between rescheduled job. Kayla at Keller gave me her personal extension and assured me my installation would be completed 06/02 after the first no call no show. I received several text messages advising my job was scheduled and yet no one came. Robert the install manage had no explanation nor did he care to find out how this could or did happen. The staff was very professional. Their skills installing carpet was excellent. I am completely satisfied with their work and would recommend them.
What gives an installer the right to determine whether or not a tile will look good or not? On the day of the install (11/11/24) I disassembled my kitchen, had my dogs boarded and was sitting, waiting for the installer to arrive, but alas they never did. Instead, I received a call from Lowe’s Installation Services saying that Keller Interiors was refusing to install the tile that my wife and I picked out due to zig-zag lines in the grout.
