STAY AWAY! Ordered floor tiles installation with all the materials. Keller is Lowes installer. Paid for all in May. Set the install appointment for November 10. All confirmed multiple times. Moved all our medical appointments to accommodate the install date. Drove 10 hours for install. On the install day, nobody shows up. No call, no text. We reach out and are told nobody was coming! HORRIFIC!!! They were paid to install new carpet, remove old carpet and move furniture. Guy showed up with every excuse in the book NOT to remove carpet and move furniture. Still chasing my refund of $600 after 2 weeks since I had to hire someone else to haul the carpet away and we moved the furniture. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS.
Installer had trouble measuring LVP and bedroom transitions resulting in a dozen spots where floor is not clicked or locked and transitions have separated from the floor twice in two months. Inspector of course denied any responsibility and blamed the quality of the $6000 flooring. Do not use Lowe's for flooring because you will be forced to use the rookies at Keller. ***Update: Lowe's refunded 1/3 of the total cost of our LVP installation due to the incompetent work done by Keller. Keller Interiors, a subcontractor for Lowes, in Savannah, GA was scheduled to do our carpet installation on March 17th, 2025 at 8am. The appt had been scheduled for over two weeks. At 7:55 am, I received a phone call that they would NOT be coming to do the install, with no explanation and no offer or estimated time to reschedule.
