Lowes contracted them to measure my flooring for replacement. After several attempts to get me to move my appointment up and repeatedly opting out, they moved my appointment anyways without my consent and considered me a no show when I have to take time off of work far in advance for something like this. Needless to say, they are unprofessional, and the customer service is non-existent. I will absolutely take my money elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and listen to the reviews, stay away from this business.
We had Pergo laminate flooring installed with Keller, and they did a beautiful job! They were on time and communication was great! I recommend this company for your flooring needs
Went through Lowes. Absolutely abismal service and installation. Weeks past projected date, damage to home during installation, non-existent customer service, did not order enough materials to complete instillation. Avoid.
Initially scheduled through lowes for a flooring measurement and estimate for install. I then looked at reviews for the sub-contractor assigned to my project. Keller. Terrible reviews and a total of 2.9 out of 5. I called lowes to request another contractor and this is the only option. No thank you. Now I need to cancel and lowes can't do that so I call Keller directly at the Savannah location and they had me on hold for over 10 minutes. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT let these people come do work in your home. Lowe’s sucks and this company doesn’t need to do any business in anyone’s home. The contractor was sent to my home by Lowes. After he finished he messed up my brand new carpet and said it was nothing more he could do to correct it. The carpet install contractor had to come back and fix the, contractor sent by Lowe’s, mistake. He said he could replace my baseboards. He did a horrible job. It looked like he rushed the job.
