Nice location and the rest is well know because it’s D R HORTON, leader of the life styles in homes, so not only place to live in but to enjoy your life
We like the quiet community and near to many establishments. School bus is in Royston St. We enjoy walking or biking with my kids in the morning and even at late afternoon. Our house is located near the side of the cement construction. There are loud noises sometimes but it is tolerable. There is also regular train passing by but we dont mind the noise.
I’d give a big 0 if there was an option, we have booked a home, deposited earnest money and waited for the construction meeting(as mentioned by sales guy), but never get a single call or email about that. As we needed a lot of upgrades since they even don’t have some simple things on tag price…when got a call after stage 3rd or 4th, actually it was pre-sheathing, and asked for upgrades they said it was too late for upgrades.. we were shocked and asked why didn’t you call us for upgrades?
