We had a GREAT time, seeing "An American in Paris"!! Drinks, of course, are rediculously expensive! Venue was fantastic. It was a bit difficult to hear dialogue.
The opera was wonderful. The first balcony bar "service" was awful! Waited almost 20 Minutes for a glass of wine. Not blaming the bar tenders. But I am convinced that whoever was "managing" couldn't manage three kindergarteners in a game of marbles! Beyond incompetent!
El teatro es hermoso y los espectáculos de primera. Es mi lugar favorito en Portland para disfrutar del arte!!!!
It is a beautiful theatre. I bought a bottle of water for $4.50 and entered a $0.50 tip. When I looked this morning my card had been charged $5.40 instead of $5.00....
