Sound is not very good. Hard to hear dialogue from box seats. Lobby is always a crush. Expensive!
The venue is fine - seats are comfortable and the view is pretty good no matter where you sit. But we've repeatedly had an usher insist on showing us to the wrong seats (we have season tickets and told him that) or come over to shush my group when we weren't the ones making noise. Once or twice is understandable, but it's gotten to the point where it's a running joke and a bit of an annoyance. Broadway Across America has outdone it self this past season, every show was amazing ♡
The Keller has done a great job at creating a service atmosphere with beverage friendly lobbies and wine bar on 2nd floor - to take advantage of the picture perfect windows that highlight the beautiful surroundings that is "the Keller" #downtownpdx
