My issues were resolved day of request…such a refreshing switch up from my last apartment. Super satisfied and grateful for the management and maintenance

My casita was supposed to be ready October 2nd. I flew in from South Dakota 3 days early to buy furniture. The unit wasn’t ready. They told me it would be ready on the 5th. I flew out that morning. Left my son and daughter in law to deal with this fiasco. They went to get the keys and do a walk through. The place was dirty and the patio door was broke and won’t close and lock. The manager recleaned it. I rescheduled furniture delivery for Monday, but as of the 6th the patio door still isn’t fixed. So have to reschedule furni... read more
They first made us comfortable with portable air conditioning the they got started what the actually was then resolved it THANKS SO VERY MUCH
