My casita was supposed to be ready October 2nd. I flew in from South Dakota 3 days early to buy furniture. The unit wasn’t ready. They told me it would be ready on the 5th. I flew out that morning. Left my son and daughter in law to deal with this fiasco. They went to get the keys and do a walk through. The place was dirty and the patio door was broke and won’t close and lock.
