I really felt lucky to get Kellen as my realtor,I was just a random walk in and he was staffing at the time. He was very informed regarding all the current laws and regulations,and it helped immensely when I needed some radon migtation on the property I purchased. Kellen is amazing. I looked for a building myself for three year with no luck. As soon as I mentioned it to Kellan he was on it and found me six locations to look at. All were great, one was perfect, and now it's mine!!!
Kellen is a fantastic realtor! We moved from out of state so Kellen set aside an entire Saturday to spend with us and lined up a bunch of houses. He wasn’t pushy in any way and was always available to answer our questions. Kellen is so friendly and willing to help! Would recommend him to anyone!
Kellen was amazing from step 1 all the way through to the end. I asked Kellen for help in selling my mom's home. We wanted to sell by owner, but just needed a little help with the final paper work. For a small fee, he agreed to help. He went way above what I had expected for just some paper work. He started by going thru the home and then comparing it to all other homes in the area.
