I had a major surgery and was discharged a few days ago. my son called on my behalf as he is permitted to do on my profile and the office is rude unethical and refused to give post op care He and i both were told to go to the ER when i needed a simple refill, we left message for Rebecca after the office made false notations on my account. I will be submitting this to the medical board and forwarding to an attorney I have requested a call back from the surgeon as well and have not heard back yet VERY UNETHICAL OFFICE STAFF!!!
Dr. Welch is one of the kindest, most caring doctors I have ever encountered. He listens to all of my concerns and is very compassionate. He explains everything that needs done in a way that is easily understood. He literally saved my life and I can’t thank him enough for giving me a whole new lease on life.
