I worked with Kelle on a closing with her representing the buyer. I found her to be prideful and ignorant of what is in the offer agreement despite what is presumably her years of being in the business. The detail is too long to write here. However, I will say that, as we were nearing closing, she didn't follow through on her word to update me on results of the final walkthrough so we can confirm on the closing. Let me tell you how wonderful this lady is! She has been such a blessing for me and my home buying experience. She walked me through every step.
