I have called numerous times to try to get in contact with Dr. Moisant and get sent to voicemail. I leave a message and contact information and do not get replies. I have even sent an email to the email address on the webpage. CVS has contacted them as well and have not gotten a reply about my refills. Now a week into not have my medicine, I am highly frustrated about this.
Ended up visiting KW first thing Thursday morning. They were efficient, extremely pleasant, and had us out of there with a diagnosis and a script in minimal time. Michael, who usually has no comment, was very impressed with (I know I'm not spelling her name right) Daryn. She was meant to be a peds nurse. Thanks for the great service.
