I love the lady with the twins. She listens and gives exactly what you want. She is the only braider there that I let braid my hair. My braider gets 5 stars. But as far as Kellie, the owner, horrible attitude and a nasty disposition every single time you call and visit. If I didn't like my braider so much, I would not go there nor recommend them. The braiders are not the best with knotless braids. They will braid your hair with box braid technique they will just start the knot after the first plat. The older stylist left chunks of gel in my hair while parting with out coming it through. I was quoted 3 hours. And I was there for 6. The owner or manager started to help the braider at the very end of the service. Use the bathroom before you come. They will use tools that they just used on another clients head on yours with out sanitizing them.

Been going here since last year and I’ve loved it, prices are good I’m currently getting my hair done right now and they’ve been gentle and perform good customer service and hospitality. They are very nice as well too.

I spent 14 HOURS in a braiding shop for a BOB KNOTLESS BOHO!! There is no reason for this especially when I called and they suggested I come at 9 am. Then they want to speak French about those hair they are braiding not knowing who can and cannot understand them!! If I could recommend a braiding shop it would be eve’s African braiding shop on old national! I gave this shop a try because it was closer to my home but big mistake. My entire morning and evening it took. From 9 am until 11 pm is when I left.. a little after 11.
