This place is not only unprofessional but the lady's in there are rude and although they have multiple workers they only have 1 person work on your hair having you in there for 12 plus hours, worst experience ever dealing with a hair braiding place

I love the lady with the twins. She listens and gives exactly what you want. She is the only braider there that I let braid my hair. My braider gets 5 stars. But as far as Kellie, the owner, horrible attitude and a nasty disposition every single time you call and visit. If I didn't like my braider so much, I would not go there nor recommend them. The braiders are not the best with knotless braids. They will braid your hair with box braid technique they will just start the knot after the first plat. The older stylist left chunks of gel in my hair while parting with out coming it through. I was quoted 3 hours. And I was there for 6. The owner or manager started to help the braider at the very end of the service. Use the bathroom before you come. They will use tools that they just used on another clients head on yours with out sanitizing them.
