I have been with Kelair more than 15 years now. I service my rental home biannually. Debra, an account manager, who answers the phone and schedules all maintenance goes above and beyond to service me at any capacity. Once I had a real rude tenant and she even dealt with that situation. Techs are knowledgeable and always get their work done. Debra’s friendly voice & competitive quotes make me call for a renewal every year.
As a restaurant owner I’ve been using Kelaire for over 15 years for refrigerator service and repair and everything has always been fantastic but what prompts me to write this is an emergency I had 4th July weekend. They came quickly and within an hour had my system up and running. Technician was super friendly and couldn’t have been more thorough. Kelair has been servicing my commercial AC units for years. Their technicians are excellent but most recently Debra and their team has gone above and beyond, working with me and my building's management to jump through hoops to urgently come to repair our malfunctioning AC and get us up and running so we could see patients again and operate comfortably. There are not many companies that would give you that kind of personal service. So grateful to them and would highly recommend them!
Kelair is the best HVAC company in New York!! First class customer service from Debra!! Debra tackles every HVAC issue I have had at my healthcare facility. Their mechanics are also excellent; leading with their veteran mechanic-Bob. I highly recommend this company!!!
