This stylist is the most unprofessional stylist I have ever encountered. I booked my appointment yesterday for 10:30am. The initial encounters through text were great. I arrived at my appointment right at 10:30 on time because she has a late policy. When I get there her suite room is filled with 3 clients, she then proceeds to tell me that she will get to me in 20-30mins. I’m shocked but I go and sit and wait. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
I have 4c low porosity hair that has only been colored twice ginger. I went to Keko styles for the first time to get a natural color and trim. Not only did she rip my hair out, shampoo and dye my hair without an apron. She gave me incredible heat damage after just one blow out. I have been natural for 6 years and have never gotten heat damage from a blow dryer before.
