I have been a loyal customer for over 7 years. Earlier this morning I had to take in my kitty in for an unscheduled appointment (not yearly exams), and for the first time I had to ask for a payment plan. They absolutely refused. I had to pay over $4,000 in the last week for property taxes and insurance premiums, and explained I have a limited budget for the next three weeks, this still would not persuade them. I am now looking for a new veterinary clinic.
It's so wonderful to have doctors and staff who understand my love for my fur babies. Honest conversations about their health and well-being are priceless and I always get that here.
Ii would not take my treasured companions anywhere else !!! For years my dogs and cats have received loving, professional care. After moving out of the area, I still drive to Keizer Vet Clinic knowing my pets are receiving the best care possible. Thank you to the entire staff...you are the best !!!
