I was appalled at the viewing. The mortuary had not cleaned my poor cousins body. She unfortunatly died outside in the freezing elements and there was still dirt in her ears from where she lay. Pitiful. They must be about the money and not service. i would never recommend them.
I went to collect my Papa’s remains and their office was closed. I called the after hours line and explained that the celebration of life was the following day and the gal drove back to the funeral home to meet me and give me the remains. That’s above and beyond service and our family greatly appreciates it. Thank you so much.
Here for a friends viewing and all i can hear are two ladies that work here, outside the hall laughing and talking about their days while my friends parents, fam and friends are grieving. First time in this chapel and its just ridiculous. Dont they have an office they can chit chat in? Been to other funeral homes and chapels and the workers are always so RESPECTFUL and go to another room if they need to talk where we cant hear them.
They did my nephews funeral. During that time our family was beyond grieving an confused. They helped us through everything and when we were confused on something they either explained it or walked us thro or just did it for us with no complaints what so ever. We went over what we wanted and the day of the funeral was amazing and hit beyond expectation the funeral was on the 28 of jan and im still hearing how beautiful the funeral was. I would not recommend this funeral home to anyone, very bad experience. Chris does not have the people skills or personality to be in this line of work. He also made derogatory comments concerning a coworker while doing paperwork. Unacceptable behavior for a grieving family.
