Still waiting on our riding mower after 2 months. We already paid $357.00 to have it repaired and it has still not been repaired. Waiting on an answer from the technician and the owner. I wish i could say we had a better experience. We will not use their services again. Poor communication and poor customer service.
I ordered a part for my concrete saw and they said itd be in on about 3 days, when I tried calling 4 days later a gentleman told me that I had called and canceled my order, which was definitely not true, once that was resolved and he found me in the system they told me another 3 days, about a week after that I got a call saying it arrived, so when I went to pick it up it was the wrong part, thankfully they had the right part on the shelf, which they probably had the entire time, I've tried ordering parts through them a few t... read more
