I am a physician working in Chicago area. Few weeks ago we went to Dr Yoshino's office for routine cleaning. We have BCBS INSURANCE. I told them up front that please provide me the services which are covered be the insurance. Before the appointment they confirmed that the routine cleaning and xrays are covered by the insurance that we had. A month later they asked me to pay another $ 155. I must also state that they did not even clean my wife's teeth either.
