Short wait time, friendly and accommodating staff. Dr. Watson is very cordial and spends the time to give a complete explanation of issue and possibly treatment.
The staff have always been very pleasant and informative. Wait time have been very short. Dr Watson has kept me on every aspect of my surgery and rehabilitation.
Dr. Watson is patient in explaining and teaching about your condition and what can be done. He has a pleasant manner and is easy to talk with, answer questions.

Dr Watson replaced both shoulders in 2020 and recovery on the dominant shoulder by far the best results. The other shoulder still has some limited mobility and residual pain but overall the pain difference is fantastic. His bedside manor and patience during the visits are always toward achieving your goals for health improvement as well a pain management. Would not hesitate to recommend his services as a surgeon and compassionate physician.
I have had both shoulders replaced. Each quarter I return for shots in my shoulders to control the pain. He is always professional and friendly and remembers us.
Dr. Watson is a kind hearted, compassionate and caring surgeon. He is very highly skilled and conservative in his approach. His knowledge and skills are first rate. His advise can be trusted as the best. He has excellent bedside manners, is an excellent listener and spends the necessary time explaining options. I simply could not say enough positives about this gifted shoulder surgeon!
Dr. Watson is extremely knowledgeable and speaks to patients in a way we can understand easily. I know of no other surgeon I would entrust to care for my shoulder
